If Lillith would've had a certain design then we wouldve had to have certain attributes taken from her appearance and this wouldve been passed down gene by gene to us and this would spoil the idea of the self insert idea. We dont aknow what she looks like and this may be because Since MC is a sheep (for viewers to insert themselves as mc) and we're supposedly Lilliths descendant.
